This course is divided into 5 days -
1st day:-
1. Chakra awakening process – Physical, mental and spiritual level.
2. Chakra location significance – Knowing the location of each chakra helps you focus energy, harmonize body and mind, and awaken your inner potential. As your chakras align, you move closer to balance, clarity, and self-realization.
3. Meditation postures importance – Meditation postures bring stability to the body and calmness to the mind. With proper alignment, they allow energy to flow freely, preparing you for deep inner silence and spiritual awakening.
4. Chakra awakening basic level – At the basic level, chakra awakening helps you become aware of your energy centers, bringing balance to body, mind, and emotions. It lays a strong foundation for deeper meditation and inner growth.
5. Mooladhara chakra – Mooladhara is the root of stability and strength. When awakened, it removes fear, brings balance, and prepares the foundation for higher spiritual growth.
6. Swadhisthana chakra – Swadhisthana is the source of creativity and joy. When awakened, it balances emotions, refines desires, and transforms life into a flow of harmony and inspiration.
2nd day:-

2. Identifying each chakra location – Knowing the location of each chakra helps you awaken and balance your energy. With awareness and focus, you harmonize body, mind, and spirit, paving the way to inner peace and self-realization.
3. Chakra awakening traditional Hatha yoga – Traditional Hatha Yoga awakens chakras step by step, harmonizing body, mind, and energy. Through purification, breath, and meditation, it safely elevates consciousness and leads to self-realization.
3rd day:-
1. 7 planes of lokas in chakras – The 7 planes of lokas guide the journey from earthly existence to divine consciousness. As energy rises through each plane, they align with the chakras, leading to inner awakening, harmony, and ultimate self-realization.
2. Chakra awakening in total silence – Awakening chakras in total silence lets energy flow freely and the mind settles deeply. In this stillness, inner awakening unfolds naturally, bringing peace, balance, and spiritual transformation.
